Lucasfilm Moving Forward With "Indiana Jones 5"

Disney and Lucasfilm, so far, have done an amazing job with reviving the "Star Wars" franchise after 2005's "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith", but it looks like Lucasfilm wants to push forward with another one of their beloved franchises that, like "Star Wars", has recently left many fans disappointed.

Yesterday, Kathleen Kennedy spoke to Vanity Fair and confirmed that "Indiana Jones 5" is in the works with Harrison Ford set to reprise his iconic role as Indy. In the past few months, rumors have been circulating online that Chris Pratt would star in an "Indiana Jones" reboot with Steven Spielberg returning to direct, however it seems like that is no longer the case.

Now let's keep in the mind that "Indiana Jones 5", as of right now, has no script, no set cast, and no director attached to it. It is still unknown whether or not Spielberg will be back to direct the film, but considering he has directed all the other films, I won't be surprised if he decides to return to the franchise.

In full honesty, if they were to push forward with "Indiana Jones", I'd rather see a younger actor play Indy in an "Indiana Jones" reboot as opposed to a 72-year-old Harrison Ford back in the role for the 5th time. The nostalgia factor will be great but I feel like the novelty of Ford in the role has definitely worn off after "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull", which left a very bad taste in the mouth.

What do you guys think? Do you want Harrison Ford back? Do you want a 5th "Indiana Jones" movie? Or would you prefer a reboot?
