When we first laid eyes on Jon Bernthal as The Punisher in season 2 of "Marvel's Daredevil", we instantly fell in love with this violent yet morally correct character. We can say with absolute certainty that The Punisher was the greatest aspect of the very uneven second season of the show. So now it is very exciting to hear that Marvel and Netflix are officially moving forward with a solo series solely based on The Punisher himself. The first season of "Marvel's The Punisher"has been greenlit with Jon Bernthal returning as the titular character. This is very exciting. The Emmy-worthy performance from Bernthal captivated us all and he will continue to live on forever as The Punisher in this amazing series of Marvel Netflix shows.
