Get ready for one wild ride.
The 1960 remake of Akira Kurosawa's 1954 classic "Seven Samurai", "The Magnificent Seven", is getting the Hollywood remake treatment with director Antoine Fuqua along with Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D'Onofrio, Lee Byung-hun, Manuel Garcia Rulfo, Martin Sensmeier, Haley Bennett, Matt Bomer, and Peter Sarsgaard. Earlier today, Sony Pictures dropped the first official trailer for the new adaptation of the classic film and it's looking pretty good. Fuqua has a great vision for directing intense and exciting action scenes, which will come in handy when telling a story of 7 brave men fighting off a group of dangerous bandits. As a fan of "Seven Samurai" and the 1960 remake this new adaptation is based on, I'm very much looking forward to this faithful yet modern version of this classic story.
