"Deadpool" has set a new record for Thursday preview showings, earning $12.7 million, making it the biggest Thursday opening for an R-rated film with the previous record holder being "The Hangover Part II". Although initial estimates said the film will make $55 million opening weekend, adjustments are now made to $70+ million over the 4-day weekend.
It's so great to see so much love and attention this film is getting. "Deadpool" deserves your praise and your money. Go see it in theaters now!
